(Not a dig at you, just laughing to myself in a good natured way about Maddow. I actually really like Maddow and I think she has wisely chosen her glacial pacing because she is takes on extremely complex topics for a general audience. I still find it comically hard to watch at times.)
Or, going more to this discussion, watching Oliver Stone’s “Wall Street” and rooting for Gordon Gecko or watching “Glengarry Glen Ross” and rooting for the Alec Baldwin character. A lot of Il Douche’s supporters take their big monologues as inspirational speeches.
