Musk seems to have made the firing of Twitter's execs even more expensive

He bought an electric car company. Lots of other car companies building electric cars exist.

Seriously, I finally started seeing Teslas around here in the last two years but not that many. The majority of new cars I see are electric here (urban area, rural Ireland will be diesel till they die) but Teslas are rare.

Lots of options out there a third of the price of a "paedo guy"mobile.

They are all over the place on the west coast of Canada. They are definitely the dominant electric cars but there are lots of others now. Just maybe 2-3 teslas for every other make. Then again locally we have very messed up car “demographics”. The McLaren with Learner plates stood out but not as much as it should have.

Most electric cars just look like cars. You can’t even tell when they are driving down the street as they are too noisy from road and wind noise to hear the motor unless it’s accelerating and changing gear.

They all have stickers on their rear here to grant access to the High Occupancy Vehicle lanes and in some places priority parking.

I’ve personally clocked Polestars (TSLA competitor Geely and Volvo, not cheap), Kias, VWs, BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Hyundai, Porsche, Jaguar, Nissan, Ford, Volvo, Fiat and Renault…

Probably not an exhaustive list, may have been a few I didn’t recognize.
