MyPillow CEO promises Trump will return to Oval Office in August

I think his lawyers are telling him to double down on crazy to save his company.

Good news! You can bet on this: The Dark Reality of Betting Against QAnon - The Atlantic

Not sure what the spread is on this wager though

I have wondered what the overlap is between Trump supporters and opioid addicts, myself. Something tells me there’s a big center area in that Venn diagram…

I will say, I had some of the best ramen of my life in Tokyo at a place that for some reason was open at like 4am after we left the club. :ramen:

I did some research on the Internet. This checks out.

I don’t even see that particular prediction as a listing. Given the low value other Trump-related predictions are getting, I’d be better off keeping my money in the stock market for all the gains I’d get even if it was listed.

Yep, I couldn’t find it either. Sad, although I guess if I did take it I’d be the one conning Trump’s Rubes, so maybe not all bad

Well, this is the title of a ‘book’ he wrote: " What Are the Odds? From Crack Addict to CEO"…

What’s spooky is how he’s trying to go full-on Trumpsplaing, with the cadence, hand gestures and personal call outs to the interviewer. It’s like the GOP has been taken over by the Cult of The Donald and are parroting his every affect.

I would be very surprised if they allow Trump to participate in a tour of the White House in August.

I believe it was the “Ex” that was being questioned

The one hardcore evangelical I know lost his Dad at a very young age, and led a very troubled youth before being “born again” into the church.

Kind of hard to tell which version is more unbearable though…

I think most of the non-evangelical mainstream Christians don’t really do that anymore. It seems to be more like “Jesus will come back when He is ready. Don’t worry about it, just try to be a good person and it will all work out.”

There are a lot of White houses where he could go nowadays

Those all seem more fun than some boring old official residence. But I doubt they’ll let him in there either.

No.

I will break lockdown just to kick his arse back to the airport if he tries. Most of Oxford and Kidlington will join in too.

I can think of a few. Fame is a hell of a drug, even if half of the people are laughing at you. He could legitimately believe that Trump or a Trump aligned figure will be ascendant in the near future and he’s showing loyalty. There is also the longshot of some convoluted legal plan to avoid the defamation suits by trying to establish that it wasn’t knowingly false, because he actually believes it. Judging the truth of someone’s belief is basically impossible.

Oi! That’s my local - I don’t want the likes of him in there.

Great pub, great beer. With a bit of luck they will open outside seating on 12th April (our next lockdown easing) so I can sit out by the River Wey with an ESB… ah, simple pleasures.
