In The Testaments, Margaret Atwood’s sequel to A Handmaid’s Tale, we learn that a prominent woman collaborator from the first novel has been working behind the scenes for years to help take down Gilead’s misogynist totalitarian regime from the inside.
I do not expect to learn any such revelations about the women currently supporting Trump.
