They have some damn good salads. I know it sounds strange to go to Cheesecake Factory for salads, but I am on a quite strict diet which is largely salads salads salads and I have gotten to know the places that have good ones.

I was talked into going to the Cheesecake Factory many many years ago. One bite of the overly sweet cheesecake, and I declared my cheesecake was better. The people at the table were shocked - not that I didn’t like the cheesecake, but that I made cheesecake at home!
It’s much better with lots less sugar and none of the stabilizers and preservatives.
