Thanksgiving Thursday was 4.5 hours of giant ape goodness! King Kong, Son of Kong and Mighty Joe Young, Thanksgiving Friday was for Godzilla films!

Plus I remember Channel 11 WPIX for Abbot and Costello Sunday mornings. It would be decades before I saw those films again on TV with MeTV’s show Svengoolie
