I’m certain that loss of the license will prevent golfers from bringing their own liquor into the clubhouse… but what about out on the grounds?

I’m sure police will be allowed to do checks on people while they are on the green.
And then after the fuzz share a G&T with the offenders they can go raid the local college bar for serving 20 year olds with a fake ID.
Not serving hooch at the club house ain’t gonna stop people from imbibing at these places.
