but the leadership of the gop, and a great many of those in office, vocally support conspiracy theories and seem to have significant problems with anger management. meanwhile, on the left, there are few who could be categorized that way.

Also, the English Green party was founded by Tories who felt that the Conservative party was not listening to their concerns. Yes, the early 1970s Tories were more left wing than certain current members of the Labour party, and the Green party was dominated by the centre left later, but there is a long history of right wing environmentalism all over the world.
The reality is that RFK Jr is to the right of Joe Biden, who isn’t left wing himself.
