Michele Bachmann is no longer the most bat-shit crazy politician in America. In some regards she comes across as almost sane when you compare her to the Trump cabinet.

Maybe the owner lives in loony land with Bachmann and can tell her about it. I just can’t envision her ever being anywhere near the intersection of University and Snelling.

Yeah, I think the placement is meant to garner media attention, hence she’ll hear about it eventually.
