Well. That was 8 minutes depressingly spent. I have to go to the gym now.

But if you play it in reverse, its , also depressing.
The day dawns with scent of must and rain,

I think I like this 20-year one even better, which must have been started around the same time but it goes from newborn to 20 years old:
This Dutch girl’s father put it together and the fact you get tiny little snippets of her very mobile, very expressive face, instead of expressionless stills, makes it very moving. You also wonder what was making her happy, and what was making her cry, on days you see those feelings.

He has a very consistent resting expression.
Maybe I’m projecting, but his eyes very subtly project -
- naïveté (1:00)
- hubris (2:56)
- anger at the world. (3:45)
- disappointment in the world (5:27)
- acceptance of the world (7:21)
Didn’t sense much of a happiness period though. Hope I’m wrong about that. Maybe cuz it was so windy wherever he was

Gotta admire his commitment, but from my normal-speed progression through life, I gotta say, it doesn’t seem worth it. Daily selfies or daily life; your choice.

I went back to the start, and ran the video again, but with the sound off and the “Benny Hill Theme” playing. It was a lot more upbeat. Barber’s Adagio for Strings proves less up lifting.
