Just because a law was passed doesn’t mean it’s worth while, or even constitutional. This law actually appears to be very unconstitutional from just a cursory reading.

It’s only a matter of time until the SCOTUS “bullies” NC into no longer following their own law.

And we’ll all be better for it.

Also, these businesses aren’t “bullying” anyone. You know how you can choose not to go somewhere that disgusts you? That’s what’s happening right now.
