As a child of the 80’s and repeatedly being told the USSR’s army was filled with high tech weaponry and Dolph Lundgren super soldiers (or more recently, the smoking-gun-mushroom-cloud of Iraq), I tend to be skeptical of any news about North Korea. Western governments, the media and even North Korea has a vested interest in portraying them as wackos.

Same as the rumor of his uncle having been fed alive to wild dogs.
Making shit like that up probably isn´t too helpful, it´s not like the NK regime isn´t bad enough in real life.
