Doesn’t really work. Even the demo is too choppy. If it worked from whole words or greater instead of syllables, it would be better and a lot smoother.

This will be impossible with *45.
He simply no longer speaks with the vocabulary necessary to support the normal range of speech generation. Maybe if you scoured his old speeches dating back to the 80’s and 90’s, but not now with his speech pattern of cognitive impairment.
