And maybe worse, maybe not a hack at all. As commented in the article, aren’t they just flaps meant to cover the end of a bolt or screw? Plus, I didn’t see an explanation of the the value of having those handles placed in a “down” position.

Anything Jane Goodall warms my heart. Watching her on film/video in various contexts for the past many decades, it’s clear that she has an impish sense of humor. She’s such an awesome human being. her presence in the world makes it a better place.
