I meant the event itself. This was a local thing for me. It was so friggen cool the way everything went purple the way that it did. It was a very nice change to the foggy greyness that came before and followed after.

My pictures from that morning don’t even look real. Nature is pretty rad that way :grinning:

@hecep : what’s the procedure to render a Thiokol SR49-TC-1 solid-fuel rocket engine “inert” reliably; will simply scraping out the fuel do the trick? (Asking for a friend.)
