More plausible that some hero out there did this on purpose than a whole team to do it by accident.
The ad (which misspells the name twice) is framed as a personal thank-you note to a fellow “mama grizzly”, complete with a facsimile of Palin’s signature. There’s either no-one in the campaign leadership doing a final review of the ads or whoever’s tasked with the job is completely incompetent. It doesn’t take a genius to see this is a screw-up that reflects badly on Palin.
But point out – or worse laugh at – the rank incompetence or stupidity or ignorance so typical of right-wingers and chances are a fascist or one of their Libertarian or zentrum apologists will arrive to call you an “elitist” or “intellectual” or (shudder) “expert” and warn you that Real Americans™ are getting tired of your being so smart and of your trying to “control their lives” with your facts and empiricism.

That’s where all the fascism comes from! There’s not one person in America who harbors the least bit of racist sentiment, except that libs made them support it by not speaking the exact right way. Remember, abusers are never really the ones to blame!
