As noted, there’s no evidence. People here are just pointing out that a guy who died in an apparent accident also served the interests of a regime that sometimes stages “accidents” (including fatal falls) to get rid of people it finds incovenient. No Seth Rich style conspiracy theory is being put forth in that statement of fact.
And the Daily Beast article is poorly written, the other articles I found (after cursory search) seemed to have been derived from the DB article
Seems like there was at least another similar case, too. Certainly the number of people who “accidentally” fell out of windows is too high to list them all.
