@ArcLighter made the point that kids can be literally, which is true, but I do think they can see the difference between something that is not a living thing and something that isn’t, even in their literalness. Generally speaking of course.

judging by the pinatas hanging in the produce section at my local h.e.b. store (really, the produce section) elsa and olaf must either be the most hated cartoon characters ever or beloved. guess which one i think it is?

It’s not actually off topic if I bring up the penis-shaped piñata a girlfriend of mine had at her birthday party some years back, filled with adult ‘treats’… because like Ted Cruz, it was just a dick.
