Potato on a lathe

Don’t get the suction cup ones- they don’t hold. You need the sturdy clamp. I clamp it to a pull-out cutting board, but a countertop edge would also work.

You know, there was once quite a following there for raw potato juice as an anti-inflammatory. I tried it for a while and I’m sure it works - but its damn messy and after all it just tastes a bit like dirt.
