I love how he can’t commit his schedule for a previously scheduled debate that’s a month away, but now he can organize a national press conference and a plan to save Maga America in about eight hours. Either all of his top campaign staff will be on the block this evening or J.D. will be out the door.

It occurred to me that this might just be his way of saying “LOOK AT ME!” with nothing of any substance being offered. Harris and Walz have been getting a lot of attention lately, to the point that some Republicans are demanding the press stop covering their rallies.
The fact is if any major party candidate announces a press conference it’s going to be considered newsworthy even if that candidate ends up just sitting there playing with a yo-yo.
