Let me reassure that I went to look up Laura and thought your reference not to be crude.
Personally, I like the darker, richer humor. But this was A-grade, and I already deduced from the thread that Canadians seem to prefer the more refined sweetness. But anyway, the grading system here in Europe differs quite a lot from that in Canada, and that in the US.
Which of course has nothing to do with different habits what and how to fry, by the way.
