Good on Haymarket! Now what ya gonna do DeSantis? Want to try to take on freedom of speech? Keep feeding slop to your porcine base, just hope you don’t slip when you’re around them, they’ll eat anything.

I’m pretty sure Governor Desantis will create a cyberwar division of the National Guard in Florida to handle this threat of desegregting educational opportunities ala Bradbury’s Fahrenheit 451. Anybody now the combustion temperature of cellphones and tablets?

The problem is that most students will not go the extra mile to seek this out and will grow up less educated about Black history and the legacy of slavery, the U.S. history of racism and inequality, the reality of it’s continued existence, and the ongoing impact and harm of that. Which is the policy goal in Florida - to create a system the allows that racism to continue unquestioned.

Providing free e-books is good, but the real solution is to get assholes like DeSantis out for good.
