There are no well-agreed upon food taboos in the cluster of Pagan religions that Witches follow. Individual Witches often try to eat healthy based on their understanding of what healthy eating entails, but… In essence this means lots of trend dieting, some vegetarianism, occasional vegan, but none of this is by religious edict. (In fact, many of the religions specifically praise the hunt as well as the harvest.)
Witches are basically just good people who try to make the world a better place, who have (for various reasons) settled into a religion that helps them understand their world better, like everyone else.

QAnoners either hijacked the name or thought of the phrase “save the children” on their own. Either way, they got mad when Save the Children dissociated itself from the hashtag.
