K. LeMay’s also does a steamed burger sans meat -so you get the steamed cheese, etc., and aren’t i guessing that’s it’s still probably pretty good?

Wasn’t it cool that to get into his back office you had to pass through the 20-foot red velvet curtains they’d never removed during the conversion of the theater to a store? And that other remnants of the slipshod conversion, such as the remains of the indoor fish pond, were so tantalizingly still there?
Maybe because between my Chicagoland childhood and today I’ve lived in 6 other states and 3 other countries? And because while my dad worked on the South Side, and I went down there quite a lot with him while growing up, and I spent as much time as I could muster in Comiskey Park, we lived up north?
But perhaps you’ll be tickled to know that I still wear a Sox cap, just as I did to infuriate my friends when I was a kid living in Cubs territory?
