Quick how-to on making great scrambled eggs
- Crack two eggs into a jug, bowl or dish.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Beat until yolk and white are blended.
- Make an omelette instead.
I always found that microwaved scrambled eggs didn’t come out right. Can’t recall what exactly was the problem. Too rubbery, perhaps?
Admittedly, I find it’s potentially ok to microwave them, if the eggs are going to be an ingredient in something larger, rather then served alone. For example, eggs to go in cream of wheat.
