On Saturday, on my way back from the movies*. I saw it ‘live’ for the very first time.
Close, about a metre, but still, behind the window of some dealer.
Not that I’d wanted to touch it, I hadn’t got a tetanus shot for a while.

Crap, the thing is even uglier than it looks in pictures, and huge.
A real punch in an eye.

Not much to add, but I was struck by the aesthetic disaster.

I wasn’t the only person to notice this but it always made me think of something you could create in an educational program called “Car Builder” that was released for the Apple II in the 1980s.
