His Conservative Party replacement, Andrew Scheer, managed to make an initial statement about the massacre without using the word Muslim.
The even Righter split PP Party hasn’t said any words about Christchurch yet, last I checked.

He wasn’t the first PM to learn how court appointments are made. 
(I’m fancifully imagining a “Yes, Minister” moment.) I don’t under stand Scheer at all; he seems to be just Harper without the charm and intellect.
I don’t expect Bernier to comment; I’m not sure he even cares.
