He wouldn’t? I’m not aware of any Secretary of Health and Human Services who have tried to gut the FDA. Even Alex Azar didn’t try to do that. I think he would be the first to try to do that. I don’t think he’d be successful, but I’m convinced that’s the whole reason he ran for President.
