Reviews are in for Home Depot's giant crab statue

That’s my favorite word now.

Today I learned that Design Toscano still exists in some way. Hmmm…should I check on International Male?

“Harry Hausener” sounds like a folksy stop-motion gentleman who does travelogue videos about different interesting locations where various monsters tend to live.

Realistically, the market for this is seafood restaurants.

They also sell a giant nut cracker and triceratops for 5 grand.

When did Home Depot become the goto store for giant statues?

There probably aren’t that many chain stores that have the required display space, oversized doors and loading areas for this kind of stuff.

It seems theyve made their sand box more realistic over the years.

When I checked availability none of these things are actually on display in any of the stores. I did see the skeleton weeks ago in our local store but they’ve been out of stock for a while.

For a moment I thought the triceratops was the giant nutcracker. It even looks like one in the photo!

We actually have a Muffler Man we pass everyday for at least 40 years.

Nah, the triceratops is clearly a bottle opener.

Just getting one of them into HD storage will take some work.

It was always inevitable that their giant statues would eventually take this form.
