Clearly lots of weird things going on in that picture that make doubt its authenticity. For example, the cover of the book looks like it’s been digitally altered in an apparent Ayn Rand reference?
So I guess it’s someone’s idea of a joke but I’m not sure I get it. RFK Jr. is bizarre enough as-is.

If you look at Gary Peterson’s Xitter feed, it’s clearly satire. I’m not sure I get the conehead joke, either, but it’s definitely meant to be a joke.

Along with the cone head and “Ayn” Paul is the poster referring to “the gospel” of Senator Paul. Not the word a true supporter would use. Fake.
