Rubio shows no more understanding of his pre-canned statements and the world around him than a doll with a voice chip. He couldn’t understand the problem with his statement above, let alone pass a Turing test.
That under pressure he’d simply start repeating a pre-canned statement shouldn’t be a surprise.
