The video is obviously slowed down, and yet assorted Trump conies are repeating it then apologizing, as if that matters (a lie travels halfway around the world while the truth is still putting its shoes on.)
And predictably it will be seen as real by millions of conservative true believers, you will hear it mentioned by your crazy uncle, and see it in comments online.

I don’t understand the psychology that Trump is using.
It seems to be to have Trump lash out at someone then use his minions to create pity and sympathy for Trump using the same thing Trump struck out at people with earlier.
