if anyone has the resources and interest to make the ‘squirting swan’ gag described in this book, please let me know! I have always wanted one of these. It’s a great little practical joke.
thanks

Car. Trips. Fun. Let that sink in.
I tried Googling for dianisidine and didn’t get very far. Just what was so bad about it?
Wikipedia only suggests it is a redox indicator. (That in turn makes me wonder if anyone was ever so stupid as to dare to mess around with it in a chemistry classroom – much like I wonder if anyone was ever so stupid as to dare to mess around with phenolphthalein, the classic pH indicator and supposedly once the laxative of choice.)
It sounds like you collect books.
