Of course IANAL, but why did they even bother to hand down the verdicts reining in the SEC & EPA? Those said the Executive Branch can’t do this, & that it can’t do that, but also & finally, the POTUS can do whatever he wants if it’s in an official capacity, which presumably includes giving executive orders to the Executive Branch.
I mean, they didn’t need prestigious degrees (nor robes, nor blindfolded statues) just to be arbitrary.
