How about asking him if the Secret Service is packed with white supremacists who support violent insurrection against the president-elect, to the point where it’s unclear which agents can be trusted to guard him?

The agents of the U.S. Secret Service have already made it very clear whose side they’re on. Protect a traitor, become a traitor. “Just following orders” has never been an excuse, and “I didn’t know it was illegal” won’t keep you out of prison.
