I do not disagree, but I also do not believe in bad apples. The particularly aggressive blossoms can be picked off in training, no need for some personality/character types (as evidenced by behavior and performance) to ever be handed a badge. They are not weeded out, and that is not an accident.
Bad apples are what is blamed when the barrel itself is faulty. I think we need to demilitarize our police force. simply put.
