TBF - Trump didn’t cause massive inflation, he just didn’t do anything to try to alleviate it. But when it is global inflation from a post covid marketplace trying to play catch up, you can’t just flip a switch and stop it. Biden should be praised for both softening the blow compared to most other countries, and avoided a recession.

there’s probably also some arguments to be made about the tax cuts he made that freed money money for things like stock buybacks rather than investments ( as well as the tariffs he imposed ) setting the stage for inflation.
