Not really, as no one who has political power should be in favor of forcing children to carry a rapists child.

At least one clear flaw in the reasoning here is that forcing the 10 year old to have the baby is somehow not a tragedy.
You never get over sexual assault, but compounding the trauma by forcing her to have that rapist’s child and all of the moral, legal, financial - hell just the boring humdrum logistical / temporal - complications of that … how is that not a tragedy?
