As someone who is also struggling with mental health issues and only discovered her off-screen work recently, she has been very inspirational.
But the “aged well or not” thing is just baffling to me. When I saw TFA and some youtube stuff afterwards, she looked stunning to me, and I’m not even into women. Also, she was 60, what do you expect? Ford also looked old (because he is), somehow noone complained about that. This apparently inherent sexism really makes me sick.
I want to write something about Debbie Reynolds but I don’t have any words. She always seemed like an ageless powerhouse.
I wonder if Gary went to go live with her. It might be comforting for both of them.

My kitty Sylvia used to live with my good friend. He died about 5 years ago, and it helped me a lot to have her with me. I was there the day she followed him home, so at least I was a person she knew most of her life. I don’t know if it helped her, but no way was I going to let her go to a shelter.
I just keep finding stuff that makes me cry. Star Wars came out when I was 7, and this is just . . . pow, right in the feels.

I have decided that the Nac Mac Feegle are right.
We are already dead. Everyone who has “died” has just been reincarnated back to the mortal world. They will come back someday.
Don’t the Nac Mac Feegle come to that determination based on the fact that the world they live in is awesome (lots of beer, bar fights, and cool adventures)?
