Stormy Daniels tells all

I’ve given up on his core supporters. They will not listen to reason. Fortunately, they represent only about 35% of the population-maybe less, since hundreds die every day. If the rest of the voters show up, and the Dems don’t run Biden/Sanders/Hillary, there’s no way he will win in 2020. Meanwhile, 2018 should give us a Dem House, which will suppress him to some degree.

“60 Minutes” might have called Cohen in advance to fact-check or request an on-camera response for the piece, but Cohen is such a clown your scenario is equally plausible. Either way, I’m halfway expecting Roy Cohn to emerge from his grave to strangle both Cohen and his incompetent lawyer.

Only about 60% of Americans even voted, and he lost the popular vote, so definitely less.

I have read articles suggesting that the so-called $1M per breach is not likely to hold up in an actual court - penalties like that are often written into NDAs to scare people into silence, but are usually ripped up by judges if it goes that far. I hope that’s true.

I typically put it at 25-27% of the electorate: the American Know-Nothing base that’s been voting against its own stated interests deliberately or as suckers since 1984. Total write-offs.

They won’t care… she’s a whore and her infant is a whore-child. I grew up in Texas, I know how these people think. They don’t realize that they are part of the rest of us so when something happens to one of them they look for any reason to blame the victim. It’s unquestioning faith. They’ve literally replaced Jesus with the GOP. All who stray from the one true path are infidels and deserve death. They’ll apply this logic to their own kids, they sure aren’t going to care about someone else’s (just see the callous responses to schoolchildren killed in mass shootings). There’s no hope of educating these folks, we just have to outnumber them and maneuver power away from them more and more. Get them back into revival tents where they belong and out of political office.

Not defending the slime in any way but it is standard journalism practice to ask for comment before a piece is aired/printed so I’m sure he was provided advance notice that this accusation was coming as so had prepared a statement in response.

I dunno. I’ve read some lawyer-related blogs where many think the NDA will easily be upheld even though Trump didn’t sign it. This also presume the matter isn’t forced into binding arbitration per the original agreement instead of Federal court.

All-in-all it’s a very risky legal gambit that Stormy is pursuing here. She really could be facing total financial ruin if it doesn’t work out.

Even if judgement goes against Stormy to the tune of $20M+ bucks, it’s not likely they’ll ever collect. As that great legal scholar Steve Dallas once said: “Never, never, never sue poor people!”

No doubt he was asked for comment. But since he himself wasn’t actually accused, there was no accusation to prepare for. Also, the whole “that’s not what happened and I wasn’t involved” isn’t much of a defense because it indicates at least one of those things must not be true.

I’ll bet that Trump screamed “YES!” after each little paper-cut.

I love the chronology:
T: Hi
S: Pants
T:Yea that’s just like my daughter

I would have been, had it not been for the hush money, threats, and almost certainly illegal actions of his attorney.
