Indeed there is a lot to unpack here.
The performer playing the female voyeur role is a sexually idealized version of Heidi Cruz. Most importantly, not only is the Ted character (portrayed by creepy Bruce Venture) in the scene not a cuckhold, the Ted character is actually cuckholding his own voyeuristic wife in undeniable heterosexual sex with a younger woman. This twitter like was not an accident. Rather, Ted is signalling his masculinity, heteronormativity, and his dominance over women to his idiot followers.

Plenty of videos seem to suggest Ted’s family kinda doesn’t like him.
So it may be as simple as wanking off remembering what it was like to have sex with his wife.

Trump has actually appeared in at least one professional softcore porn movie. One of the countless incidents from his past that would tank most would-be politicians’ careers before they began but didn’t even make “top 10 scandals of the week” for Trump.
You just know that when Trump watches it at home he just fast forwards to the part where he metaphorically blows his load with a bottle of champagne.

The existence of Ted Cruz is one of the few causes I ever have to feel even a little bit sorry for his fellow members of Congress. And I feel really sorry for his kids. But his wife, not so much. She made her choice.
That said, this doesn’t really surprise me much at all. Cruz is one of the creepiest hypocrites on the planet.
