Was catching up on Samantha Bee’s show and this report reminded me of the “Kids for cash” case in PA*, only more widespread: [Tough Love or Abuse?: The Troubling Truth Behind the "Troubled Teen Industry"] Her report left me wondering who owns these “camps” and “treatment centers.” Someone other than the states where they’re located must be profiting from this.
