Uh…we put salmon on pizza sometimes. As long as the cheese is mozzarella or swiss and the sauce is BBQ, it’s great!

Parm or Pecorino both work well on the milder salmon like coho and pink. Sockeye carries plenty of flavor on its own and covering up the flavor of Chinook is a crime.
