Today my shoutout is going to be whomever the hell my mail carrier is and whomever the USPS CS rep that was handling my inquiry.
I was expecting to get a pain cream delivered today i was hoping to check out that had good reviews (i hurt my back real bad a few weeks ago, and while itās way better i was counting on the cream i ordered). And iām guessing here, my mail carrier put the package in a parcel locker, and the keys for it in the wrong mailbox (iām guessing because i checked the mail and there was no key), or they just straight up put it in someone elseās mailbox. Or worse they took it. I called USPS customer service, they looked into it and emailed me later that the package had the wrong address on it, and to touch base with the seller and closed my inquiry.

The problem is that is a lie. The tracking had the right address, i called the seller and they also confirmed it had the correct address. I made sure to look at my driverās license in case i was being dyslexic about my house number because i honestly sometimes mix up numbers at random. The CS rep was super confused at how USPS is handling this, but they were nice about the whole thing and they will ship me a new one, and hopefully i get it on monday, in the meantime i filed a complaint about how the mistake was handled because iām choosing violence today 
Maybe iām being cranky because my back hurts. I donāt know, itās entirely possible iām the asshole.

sorry that you have to spend the entire weekend without some relief.
we got used to our postal service soon after settling in. turns out, whatever the āmail digestā says is out for delivery that day, wonāt arrive for another day or two - sometimes more. the post office explains that the mail digest is out of miami, and since we are on an island, it takes longer to get it out.
i call bullshit. the carriers just put stuff on their trucks and drop it offā¦ whenever!
still waiting for a tool i needed to have here this week. i paid extra for expedited delivery (2-4 days), that was tuesday. i am told it wonāt be here until monday.
not as serious as your delayed pain relief, but fucks up my schedule for work that needs to finish!

I had something like this happen to make years ago where i paid extra to have a book expedited to me and it took like an extra week or two to get to me. I was so mad. Bummer that you didnāt get the tool you needed on time 
On my side of things i do thankfully have some pain relief cream that i can use but iām running dangerously low, and itās a brand that is no longer being made that works great so when iām out iām out. At least i can manage between that, a heating pad and excedrin.
