Not to me. I am not fluent in military uniforms. I probably would get that they are “old-timey” but seeing that part of the group are Nazis, I’d assume they were all Nazis.
I can see playing the baddies in a re-enactment. But OMFG I would not go to a restaurant, or anywhere else in public, still dressed as a Nazi.

When the news of DMSO was first announced in local news reports as being an effective alternative treatment for sore muscles, I purchased a bottle from a local pharmacy for my sore lower back muscle. (Overdid it at the gym.) Just a few minutes after rubbing it in, I tasted garlic. Jeez! It got into my bloodstream… and that quickly. One. Time. Use. That was it. Later, a nice nurse in our company’s infirmary worked on my sore muscle with a heated massage gun (Sssssswweeeeet!), then set me up with several Parafon Forte pills, a muscle relaxant medication. Worked great.

The local paper reports that he’s a registered Democrat & works as the stage manager for the Quintessence Theater Company in Philly. But I can’t get an archive version of that.
