Being banned from one English football stadium effectively bans you from all Premier League, EFL, and National League stadiums, as well as local non-League stadiums. Annan Athletic, Queen of the South and Gretna in the Scottish leagues will probably ban him as well, considering how close they are to Carlisle.

Rolling Coal No More
Sinister Diesel pleaded guilty to a two-count Information, charging it with conspiracy to violate the Clean Air Act (CAA) and defraud the United States, and with violating the CAA by tampering with the monitoring device of an emissions control system of a diesel truck. Under the plea agreement, the defendant agrees to pay a $500,000 criminal fine.
Sinister must pay an additional $500,000 under the civil consent decree which the United States filed simultaneously with its civil complaint against Sinister, alleging violations of the CAA’s prohibition against the sale or manufacture of devices that bypass, defeat or render inoperative emissions controls. The civil consent decree prohibits the company from making, selling or offering to sell defeat products, including delete tuners, and prevents Sinister Diesel from transferring intellectual property that would allow others to make such products. To ensure compliance with these requirements, Sinister Diesel will implement a robust internal training program and notify its distributors and former customers about the settlement.

Surfside Mayor Shlomo Danzinger and Commissioner Nelly Velasquez often butt heads at town commission meetings.
But at Wednesday’s meeting, their usual conflict escalated further. As Danzinger spoke about a proposal to extend the length of elected officials’ terms, Velasquez attempted to chime in to voice her disagreement. Danzinger asked her to stop interrupting him.
Then the mayor asked, “Does anybody know how to speak Spanish to tell it to her?” Members of the audience audibly gasped at the comment, and Danzinger used his gavel to bring the room back to order.
When asked about the remark, Danzinger told the Herald he was “trying to get information clarified to the commissioner.”
“It appeared that Commissioner Velasquez was having difficulty understanding,” Danzinger said, “so I thought perhaps maybe it was a language barrier.”
