My honest guess: It would be orchestrated to employ a “no-name” from the ranks; already highly despised higher profile thugs would not be required and actually prove counter-productive to the intent. Intended to send a clear-cut signal that the right-wing media should up their anti-Biden game and foster greater disrespect from the public in the run-up to 2024. What better platform for that than the SOTU.
