Before the Roe v. Wade decision she would have been cared for appropriately - a prompt D&C or medication to prevent infection. Now you have to wait for sepsis because the lawmakers figure you should miscarry on your own at the risk of your life.

They will stop at nothing to gain the power they lust for.
