Evidently you’ve never spent an hour on a stuck escalator. The worst is when there is nobody else on it, so nobody with whom to commiserate.

Definitely needs music.
Duh - you put the suitcase on the step ahead of you so you can control the handle. When you reach the bottom, tip it and roll it and keep going.
