This trailer makes me all teary eyed and nostalgic for the time when fighting nazis brought people together, not being one.

Nah. Ford hated Han, but he loves Indy. “Let him rest,” humbug—he wanted to do this.
You know, he seemed really chummy with Ke Huy Quan at the Oscars. They should make a movie together someday.

At least for me, the plausibility of him being still action adventure man at Indy’s late age (and the number of injuries he lists in this trailer) works because of him drinking from the cup in TLC. It was only the cup that couldn’t be taken beyond the seal, said nothing about the supposed magical properties of the contents and those who drink it.
Harrison may be 80 (but apparently in great shape) but Indy is only 70 in this film.
